ORE & OATH
FAQ
What materials does ORE & OATH use?
The opening collection primarily uses .925 sterling silver. Future work may include gold and other precious materials. The exact material appears on each product page.
Where is ORE & OATH jewelry made?
Designs are developed in Texas through direct benchwork and physical prototyping. Production methods may vary by design, including hand fabrication, casting, digital manufacturing, or specialized production partners when appropriate.
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Yes. Tarnish is natural and does not mean the metal is damaged. See our Jewelry Care guide.
Are your pieces handmade?
Our designs begin through intentional development and physical prototyping. The method serves the piece; individual product pages will describe the relevant production processes.
How do I determine my ring size?
We recommend professional sizing by a jeweler. See our Sizing Guide for further guidance.
Can rings be resized?
Sometimes. It depends on the geometry, construction, and finish of the design. Contact us before arranging a resize.
Do you accept returns?
Eligible items have a 14-day return request window from confirmed delivery. Pierced earrings, personalized pieces, altered pieces, and Final Sale items are generally excluded unless defective or incorrect. See Returns & Repairs for the full policy.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, where technically practical. We offer a one-year limited workmanship warranty, with possible paid repairs outside warranty. See Returns & Repairs.
How long will my order take to ship?
Product-specific processing time appears on the product page. Carrier transit time is separate.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at launch. Shipping is initially limited to eligible United States addresses.
How will my jewelry be packaged?
Packaging is designed to protect the piece during shipment and provide appropriate storage.
Can I place a custom order?
