ORE & OATH
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REPAIRS
Returns
Eligible items may be returned when a return is requested within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with their original packaging. Contact social@oreandoath.com for return instructions before shipping anything back.
Pierced earrings, personalized or custom pieces, altered or resized pieces, items explicitly identified as Final Sale, and gift cards, if offered, are final sale unless defective or incorrect.
Normal variations in individually finished surfaces are not defects.
Return shipping and refunds
The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or the return resulted from ORE & OATH error. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from ORE & OATH error.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not offered at launch. For another size or item, return the eligible original item and place a new order.
Cancellations
Contact us as quickly as possible to request cancellation. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after production or fulfillment begins, or once a shipment has been sent.
One-year limited workmanship warranty
ORE & OATH offers a one-year limited workmanship warranty beginning on the original delivery date. It covers defects in materials or workmanship. We may repair or replace an eligible piece at our discretion.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, scratches, tarnish, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, improper storage, third-party repair or alteration, or normal aging of the material. This limited warranty does not restrict rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Repairs and resizing
Repairs outside warranty may be available for a fee where technically practical. Some designs may be resizable and others may not; suitability depends on geometry, construction, and finish.
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs before shipping jewelry back.
Where practical, we would rather restore an object than replace its history.
