ORE & OATH will initially ship only to eligible United States addresses. International shipping is not available at launch.

Product-specific processing time appears on each product page. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Available shipping services and charges appear at checkout. Tracking information is sent when available.

Your delivery address

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Contact us promptly if an address needs to change; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Delays, loss, and damage

Contact social@oreandoath.com if a shipment experiences an unusual delay, appears lost, or arrives damaged. Retain the packaging and photographs of any damage so the issue can be reviewed.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the package, check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors or building management, and with the carrier before contacting us. Include your order number and the details you have gathered.
