TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms apply to use of the ORE & OATH LLC website and purchases through our store. Contact social@oreandoath.com with questions.

Site use

Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when ordering or contacting us. Do not interfere with site security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, misuse another person’s information, or use the site for fraudulent activity.

Products and availability

Product descriptions explain the relevant materials and details. Reasonable variations in finish, dimensions, and weight may occur in individually finished pieces. Screens and lighting can affect how an item appears. These variations do not excuse an incorrect or defective item. Availability may change, and an item appearing on the site is not a guarantee of stock.

Pricing, taxes, and orders

Prices and applicable charges are shown before you complete checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may correct errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability and contact you if an error affects your order. An order submission is not unconditional acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for availability, payment, fraud concerns, or an error, and refund payments for canceled items as applicable.

Payment is handled through Shopify checkout and its applicable payment services. Do not submit payment information through ordinary email.

Shipping, returns, and repairs

Our Shipping policy and Returns & Repairs policy form part of these terms. Refer to them for processing and transit, return eligibility, cancellations, warranty coverage, and repair inquiries.

Intellectual property

ORE & OATH names, site content, photographs, designs, and other original materials belong to ORE & OATH or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal browsing and shopping. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected materials without permission or another lawful basis.

Third-party services

Linked sites and services, including Shopify checkout, may have their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party sites.

Website availability and responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and available, but uninterrupted access and freedom from every error cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or misuse. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranty rights, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits our responsibilities for defective or incorrect goods under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Texas law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updates apply prospectively and do not remove rights relating to an existing order. Questions may be sent to social@oreandoath.com.
